Ordered Hamper for my friends birthday and selected a nominated date for delivery - Hamper finally delivered 5 days after nominated date. Whilst I have no complaint with Customer Service at Hampers as they responded promptly to every email I feel there is no point offering either a next day service or a nominated day if the courier company is unable to fulfill these options.

I have used your organisation sucessfully for several years. At present I am endeavouring to send a hamper to my daughter. However, I cannot procede past secur checkout because I am not stating 'method of delivery' or an adress is not correct or recorded. I freely admit that I am 'slow' with computers, but can usually manage to sort things out.

I got the luxury gin hamper for my manager’s 60th birthday and I’m delighted I got it. I love the packaging and the contents of this hamper and I’m sure my manger will appreciate them too 🥰 my delivery was also set for a particular day at an extra cost and it got here on time!

After ordering a hamper I had to change the delivery date. I cannot fault the company so accommodating and helpful. On delivery the hamper was well recieved and the contents well presented and very good quality.
