“I've been a reasonably regular customer for a couple of years now, also ordering from you for a few friends. In this time you've proven that you understand customers and have a brilliant attitude. You range of products, and the prices means I can get pretty much everything from you rather than trying to balance between a number of sites. Items are always well packaged, delivered as requested and I love that you take the time to add a hand written compliments slip in each order. “I got the email I'd been hoping for - the Metro Vac-n-Blo was back in stock, just in time for Christmas. Trouble was it was 5 o'clock on Thursday night and of course I'd love to have it for the weekend, but I was 2 hours past the 3pm deadline for next day delivery. Anyway, ordered 5pm Thursday and ......... DPD delivered it 11am on Friday - 18 hours from ordering. That's what I call service. Thanks Tim, just waiting for the Metro storage case to be back in stock now.”

“Can't rate CYC enough! Every time I put an order on I check prices with others and every time CYC is cheapest or thereabouts! That, plus the kind service and the hand written note with the parcels just makes you feel valued as a customer. Collecting points is another reason I come back time after time... Just saving up to treat myself :) Would rate 10 if it would let me! Great Job Tim, Kudos!”
