“After discovering this website I was pretty much already in heaven with their vast selection of products, then once I placed my first order I wasn't disappointed by the service provided at all. Great communication at every stage of the order and speedy delivery by DPD. Also the personal message was a very nice touch which you don't see often. “Being new to detailing I contacted CYC via email and received some great advice. I ordered a DA polisher late friday evening and it arrived today (Tueday) within its allocated hour slot very well packaged. Ive a separate order being delivered tomorrow and cant wait to get started. Many Thanks CYC.”

“As a fairly normal bloke with no previous experience in detailing other than cleaning my car and occasionally waxing it, CleanYourCar.co.uk made it possible for me to quickly and easily get the equipment that I needed to give my car a full polish and get it looking better than many new cars on the road! From ordering to getting started polishing only took 2 days, with an excellent delivery service offering great tracking, so I'm very happy with the experience as a whole and definitely with the results. “Rubbish service will not use this company again payed £7.00 for 24hr delivery and took day off work only for item not to turn up ???? Phoned and was told item being sent the following day so had to take another day off work, was told I would receive refund on my £7.00 postage costs and only got £1.00 back useless service scammers regarding postage would not recommend to anyone else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered products from you on the 27th March, paid for 1-3 day delivery, Nothing turned up by, 2nd April, Rang to chase it up on the 2nd, spoke to Tim, he told me that one of the items wasn't in stock! stock was due in on the 3rd, he told me I should have had an email to explain, and after myself mentioning it, agreed that I should get a refund of the delivery charge, I asked him to confirm it in an email, guess what no refund, no email, goods should be with me on the 4th, had an email to confirm this but still no email about my delivery charge refund. To be honest doubtful I will use you again, lost confidence in your company. I detail cars as a second income, and I am also an Events Co-ordinate for the largest Ford owners club network in the U.K. I really am considering airing my experience on our club website. Sorry about the negative comments, but i have worked in the Automotive industry for over 25 yrs and bring a Regional Sales Manager, I know how important it is to keep customers happy, I spend every day doing it. Word of mouth not only travels very fast, but is so damaging to reputations.”
