“Ordered lots of products on the Friday and were at my house for the Monday, I made a mistake with my order and gave them a call, sent the item back and within a couple of days the right product was with me. “A large bird dropping resulted in an etching on my black car but thanks to Lee and CYC with my phone call for help resulted in sound and empathetic advice followed by fast service with next day delivery . Brilliant result car is gleaming again and a very happy customer . Thanks again Guys for an excellent site and service .”

“Just placed my first order with CYC for a DAS-6 PRO Dual Action Polisher - Menzerna Intro. Kit. Placed my order at 5:30PM on Tuesday 15th June...Parcel delivered to my door free of charge at 2PM on Thursday 18th. CYC use the excellent courier DPD which means you can follow the progress of you parcel via your computer or mobile device. You can see exactly where your parcel is on a map and this updates in real time to tell you exactly when the DPD driver is going to ring your doorbell. CYC had packaged the order securely and included a complimentary microfibre cloth plus a hand written thank you note. They also kept me fully informed by emails about the status of my order. What more can you ask for? ! Will certainly be ordering from them again as they appear competitive on pricing too.”

“Rip off ! Ordered three items, they only sent 2 of them. Packing slip shows three. I know mistakes can happen but they don't reply to emails to correct the problem. That - is basically theft. BUYER BEWARE.”

“Been using Clean Your Car for a few years now and the service has always been first class. Fast delivery, even to the Channel Islands - no hassle at all getting delivery here and items come very well packaged - vital as some contain liquid so no nasty surprises opening the box. If only all other businesses ran like this life would be a lot less stressful!”

“My 1st CYC experience - from using their website, selecting products, and placing an order has been First Class. Can't yet provide product comment, however I found their website easy to use with great pictures and very informative - clearly well thought through. Level of service matches their website - outstanding. From order placement to 'signed' courier and internet 'trackable' delivery from UK to Switzerland was 2 days. How impressive is that! Step by step email feedback from CYC Customer Service accompanied this process. Absolutely outstanding, and how refreshingly good!!”
