“I have just received the fourth order that I have made in the last several weeks. The parcel arrived in pristine condition as had my previous orders having been well packed at origin. The courier DPD was excellent as usual with a one hour delivery slot which did not keep us indoors all day. As for the products all look of high quality. I have been a car enthusiast all my life and decided it was time to move into the 21st century and change my car cleaning methods which I now believe is called 'detailing' in today's speak! Having just taken delivery of a new car (nothing exotic) I will be using the products I have purchased over the coming weeks/months. I asked for advice both via e-mail and latterly over the telephone and was given clear and professional help to my queries for which I thank Tim and his staff. I was guided to the appropriate product from their experience and which was not necessarily the most expensive item which to me highlights the honesty of this business. I much appreciated the personal touch of the handwritten note contained in each order - a nice thing to do reinforcing the personal service given. I have never met nor have any connection with any of the persons connected to 'clean your car' and wish them all the best for the future. Thanks again!”
