“I purchased a G-Plan recliner through Claytons. Delivery time was better than expected and the delivery itself was well organised. Unfortunately, soon after delivery, I discovered that one of the recliners was not working properly and then it stopped working entirely. I phoned Claytons and they said I had signed that the sofa was working satisfactorily on delivery however, in the circumstances, they did agree to have someone come out and look at it. A few days later some called to fix the problem. I am very happy with my sofa and the service provided. All the staff I had contact with from ordering through to delivery were friendly and helpful. The delivery was one of if not the best delivery of furniture I have ever had. The items were very carefully & securely wrapped & the delivery drivers could not do more to help. They were polite & totally went that extra mile to set up my furniture & take away the rubbish. I tried to tip but they said no please just write a review. I do not normally tip so they were that good that I felt I must.
