“Very helpful sales staff in shop, demonstrated they valued us as customers and wanted our business. Guys who delivered goods were also very pleasant, kindly carried our existing bed down to our garage for us and installed new bed quickly and we'll.”

“The whole experience, from front of store samples and making my choice to final carpet and flooring fitting could not have been better. All the Claytons staff have been the most helpful, obliging people I have dealt with in a very long time. They made me feel like a valued customer, a service that is missing in many companies these days. I 100% recommend you use Claytons for your carpet or flooring purchase.”

“From first entering the showroom we were well looked after by Mick. He took us through all the options & communicated well there after. Our purchase was for a rented flat & quite a bit of juggling was required because of the tenants. All went with out a hitch & I am very happy with the carpet layers job - but I did not meet them so unsure who the are. Thanks to Mick & thanks to Claytons!”

“I purchased a G-Plan recliner through Claytons. Delivery time was better than expected and the delivery itself was well organised. Unfortunately, soon after delivery, I discovered that one of the recliners was not working properly and then it stopped working entirely. I phoned Claytons and they said I had signed that the sofa was working satisfactorily on delivery however, in the circumstances, they did agree to have someone come out and look at it. A few days later some called to fix the problem. I am very happy with my sofa and the service provided. All the staff I had contact with from ordering through to delivery were friendly and helpful. Thank you.”
