“From entering the shop, we felt welcomed but never did we feel pressured. We were given space to look around and then when we asked for some help the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us pick carpets and underlay for our needs and then visited to measure within days. We went in to the shop to confirm the order and pay and fitting was arranged within a few days.”
