“Originally ordered AMAL Classic Motorcycle AMAL Carburettor Tufnell Spacer 28mm x 3mm Thick (1/8") but received 5mm thick. Contacted supplier who advised it was wrongly advertised as only 5mm now available and offered refund if not acceptable. Good positive feedback from supplier so decided to keep items.”

“I ordered a part and you sent the wrong size. I phoned, and it turned out you didn't have the correct part in stock, and after checking, didn't know when the part would be in. You immediately gave me a refund and organised the part to be collected. A genuine mistake on your part, but a great service none the less.”

“I sent my speedo from my 1963 Triumph T90 to CBPC for renovation. Unfortunately it was beyond economic repair, but Peter from CBPC was prompt in advising me and provided a refund. Communications were execellent with the vendor. This prompted me to buy an alternative speed from CBPC again after discussion with Peter. Many thanks.”

“I was in touch to say product not delivered by Post Office despite first class postage. A second product was sent by FedEx and arrived first thing in the morning after one day. Excellent response and service and I will happily do business with this company again.”

"Thank you for your review, your opinions are important to us and we are sorry if the service that we have provided has fallen short of our high standards. While I understand your frustration this particular problem is not the fault of our company but of Royal Mail. The order was shipped by 1st Class post and should have been with you the next day. Unfortunately the Royal Mail tracking system does not allow us to see where the product is in their system, and only tells us when the order has been delivered. After a period of time we merely get informed by Royal Mail that "there has been a problem with this delivery" and that is the trigger that there is a problem. Indeed we have contacted Royal Mail today about your order and there will not consider the item lost until 20th December! We have arranged to dispatch a replacement item to you. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review."

“I ordered 2 6volt bulbs, unfortunately when they arrived one was 12volt. I sent an email to customer services and I had a replacement bulb by return of post, fantastic customer service, they couldn’t have been more helpful.”
