“Placed an order for a mirror on 9th April not despatched until 16th, arrived next day 17th ( very good ) unfortunately I went away for a week on the 16th and it sat on my drive for a week. Can't understand why it took so long to disbatch as it was such a small item.”

Regrettably we are not always able to supply the parts ordered immediately. This is often due to the fact that the parts for classic bikes are made in small batches and although we try to keep stock on hand occasionally we have to rely on stock from our suppliers. When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review. “I ordered parts for my Triumph TR6 costing £47.59 inc. VAT & delivery to be delivered to my home in Spain. They arrived within 2 weeks but I had to pay an additional charge of €16.80, presumably for EU import duty and/or VAT. So I think I have paid VAT twice, once in the UK and once in the EU. Sadly, the chaincase gasket I ordered arrived damaged.”

“The parts arrived on time. The only problem was they were delivered to the billing address ( me ) and not the delivery address ( mechanic ) I think this was the fault of the courier. Once I delivered the items to the mechanic he fitted them without a problem.”
