“items arrived after a long wait due to rubbish couriers, invoice was taken out of platic sleeve on parcel with delivery date on it , so could not proove when posted ordered on the 22nd arrived on the 29th ,left on doorstep in full view of the road ,did not knock allthough my son was at home ,we arrived back at 4 45 pm parcel was on step ,item in good order the indicators will make a lovely addition to my 38 austin 16 thanks dave”

We apologise if the delivery took longer than expected. Although we try to keep most of the items that we sell in stock occasionally we have to rely on delivery from our suppliers and in this case there was a hold up before the goods arrived with us. “Placed an order for a mirror on 9th April not despatched until 16th, arrived next day 17th ( very good ) unfortunately I went away for a week on the 16th and it sat on my drive for a week. Can't understand why it took so long to disbatch as it was such a small item.”

Regrettably we are not always able to supply the parts ordered immediately. This is often due to the fact that the parts for classic bikes are made in small batches and although we try to keep stock on hand occasionally we have to rely on stock from our suppliers. When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review. “I ordered parts for my Triumph TR6 costing £47.59 inc. VAT & delivery to be delivered to my home in Spain. They arrived within 2 weeks but I had to pay an additional charge of €16.80, presumably for EU import duty and/or VAT. So I think I have paid VAT twice, once in the UK and once in the EU. Sadly, the chaincase gasket I ordered arrived damaged.”
