“I ordered and paid for a pair of tyres , orders over £250.00 free p&p ,,, I had to email them and point out that I had been overcharged , I got a refund , then a week after the tyres should have been delivered I phoned them and was told that the tyres I had ordered and paid for were not available , very poor service , after a half an hour the guy phoned me back and offered me an alternative pair of tyres ,, great I thought , The tyres were sent to the billing address not the delivery address ,,, Over all , the whole experience was at best disappointing ,,,”

“Very pleased with the seat quality and quick delivery. Unfortunately it was the wrong era so had to be returned and refunded. Communication was excellent and the return and refund quickly executed. Good service.”

Although we try to keep most of the items that we sell in stock occasionally we have to rely on delivery from our suppliers and in this case there was a hold up before the goods arrived with us. “all went well with the order what will take some time to determine is how long the items last, the previous ones bought "NOT FROM" Classic Bike Parts perished after two years and that was before the bike was used. All looks good at the moment,”
