“Ordered a pair of ht leads that were sold as complete and ready to fit and instead received parts to make them. There was a considerable delay between payment and sending. Also problems with the couriers. Would definitely not use this company again. Very poor service and rude and unhelpful with it.”

“The parts I ordered were despached by Classic Bike Parts on 22 May and have still not been delivered today 2 June. Evri said they were delivering four days ago then cancelled after the assigned delivery time. Another notice said they would deliver today and as the delivery time approached that was changed to two days hence. I don’t doubt Classic Bike Parts despached the item but I will not buy from them again whilst they use Evri”

“i waited around 6-7 weeks for a fuel tap and after promping phone calls one arrived the next day. When fitted this part leaked fuel so I returned it. There are too many companies using inferior rubbish parts”

“My first order turned out to be an absolute disaster. The wrong parts arrived, unsuitable parts arrived, other parts not included all had to be returned and I was promised a full refund. They kept £35+ of my money. I feel as though I have been scammed.”

“Bought pair of tank badges for 1970 Triumph Bonneville, unfortunately one was marked and neither fitted profile of the tank. I returned as instructed. I had to pay postage £5.75.”

Thank you for leaving a review. As I am sure you know we take customer service and product quality very seriously so we were particularly disappointed by your comments which we don't think are correct. The item that you ordered is a transfer not a 'sticker' . It is not "flimsy and impossible to use" and is the correct item. You may not be familiar with warm water transfers so I have provided the instructions below: To use warm water transfers, first prepare the surface by cleaning it and leaving a film of moisture on it. Submerge the decal in warm water until the film separates from the backing, and then carefully slide the decal onto the pre-moistened surface. Use a tool like a Q-tip or squeegee to adjust the position and remove excess water and air bubbles before gently pressing it down and letting it dry. I hope that this helps. Perhaps once you have correctly applied the transfer you could remove your negative review.

“I did discuss on the phone before I made the purchase. I was looking for a silencer that reduced the sound and was assured that the one I bought would do that. However, it doesn't change the volume at all. It is basically a straight through pipe with a little muffler material. I am a bit dissatisfied, to be honest.”

“I made a purchase from this company and only to find the same product everywhere else fo half the price so I paid £269 and could get elsewhere for £135 I know I should of checked but I thought this was a reputable company my mistake so be aware and go elsewhere”

In this particular case the problem has been caused by the delivery service and in particular the issues of shipping to Ireland. Your package has been returned to our warehouse by the courier and we are currently arranging for the goods to be shipped by alternative method. Hopefully your order will be with you very soon. “The main drain plug thread appears robust but time will tell! The smaller level plug was made of such weak material that it stripped completely without and real pressure. It never got beyond finger tight before it stripped. Very poor”

“Ordered a centre stand, received an email the following day stating it had been despatched. After a week no delivery so asked where it was. I was advised the order was cancelled as there was no stock. They then asked me to review my purchase. And they then request a second review of my purchase. Not happy.... There are options below this to select quality of product, delivery, courier etc. It would be nice to answer them.”
