Unfortunately fuel tap arrived with damage to the filter, which could have been sorted, but also fuel leaked from the area around the reserve lever making it totally unusable. Very disappointed.

Quick delivery, however part does not fit (unable to screw adapter ring on Amal series 900 premier carb (932). Due to high cost (living abroad) unable to return part. Already sent mail and hope problem wil be solved. Two simple adapter rings already cost me approx. 50 euros (due to customs handling and delivery costs).

Parts we’r ordered online and I gave the billing address as required by cc company to execute payment, I also supplied shipping address different to the billing address as I like to receive parcels at work as there’s always someone there. Any way it’s been a month and no parts, emails have been exchanged and apparently Cheshire hat sent the parts/parcel to the billing/ home address still no parts! I’ll wait another week to see if they arrive.

Order WEB52843, repeating review as do not know if you have received it. The tap plunger seals are incompatible with UK petrol. The seals swell making the plunger difficult to use and preventing it from closing correctly (Photo 1), then pieces break off and block the tap (Photo 3). I had overtightened on the original taps, hence order WEB52979, so had a spare tap which I used in tap 1. Same result, after about 24 to 36 hours the seal had started to swell in way of the tap through holes (Photo 4). Tap 3 has a plunger with a different material seal, a felt like type, which has been OK to date. Please provide two replacement plungers with seals compatible with petrol.

BSA rear light and number plate holder. Part took more than a week to arrive and was not as described. The welding was shoddy and the edges were ragged. The finish was supposed to be gloss black but was a patchy mix of satin and semigloss with lots of orange peel. I returned the item and was given a prompt refund but I still ended up out of pocket due to shipping costs.

Are you taking the p..s with this ? 14 days after paying for a part and it still hasn’t arrived so when I requested a refund I was told that I would only be refunded when I sent the item back. How can send back something I never received and to top it off it would have been at my expense. During an earlier conversation the guy on the phone said to me if I hadn’t received the by the later part of last week he would send out another and he won’t refund me until I send back the part I never received. Thank you very much for your excellent service not you are the last company I would recommend. absolute joke

It took a while before the item arrived, but that might be due to costum clearence. But unfortunately the regulator did not work at all.

Order taken and the money online. Confirmation of order received and notification of despatch. Advised delivery would take 4-7 days. After 14 days I rang for an update ~ told the sales advisor was busy but would call back. No call back just an email to say the part was now out of stock and a refund would be made in time. Appalling service!

This company is a complete waste of time. Ordered parts on 12th April, estimated delivery 14th to 16th, did not get shipping confirmation as promised on email. Tried to contact them by phone on the 16th, not in, send an email. Got a reply, both items shipped in separate packages. Delay must be fault of Royal Mail!! One package arrived, after further 3 days chased by phone and just got a remote answering service that could not help, could only pass on a message! Now 6 days over the estimated delivery time. Eventually got a call back to say second package had not even been sent!!! So was not told the truth before. Now it was the fault of the warehouse, which I assume was Wassel? So it seems like they are prepared to try and lay the blame on anyone they can and are not prepared to accept any blame themselves. Have since ordered the parts from another supplier and they have been received. Worst service of any organisation I have ever dealt with, will never use again.

For overseas customers note that at the last stage of ordering 20% will get added to the shipping cost, I queried this ahead of ordering and was told I would get a refund of the 20% (only 10 bucks) but then the company changed its mind so that refund didn’t happen, the reason given was frankly pathetic, the goods took 5 days to be shipped and as there was no tracking info given I have my fingers crossed they will arrive in NZ. I won't use this company again, there are plenty others selling the same stuff.

This review isn’t correct. We don’t add 20% to the shipping and all costs are clear before purchasing. We have already discounted the postage amount and it actually costs more than the customer has paid to ship to NZ.
