Got the parts ordered with a good value for the money. For us international buyers it would be better if you made the nessesary agreements to ship w/o having to pay UK VAT and later be refunded plus the delay in customs handling/transactions.

I have ordered from their website a few times and the site always states items are in stock, but that is hardly ever the case. They seem to order in after payment them email saying they can’t source the items. All this takes along time and you end up with most of the order missing. Waste of time!

This is often due to the fact that the parts for classic bikes are made in small batches and although we try to keep stock on hand occasionally we have to rely on stock from our suppliers. When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund. We understand that you have been a regular customer over the past year and from a review of your past orders it does not appear that you we have cancelled any particular items in the past - for that reason we we a little surprised by your review. The main drain plug thread appears robust but time will tell! The smaller level plug was made of such weak material that it stripped completely without and real pressure. It never got beyond finger tight before it stripped. Very poor

If your web site claims the part is in stock then it should be in your stock. When I ‘phoned wondering if you had sent it you declared it was “in your suppliers stock” disingenuous at the least. When you announce you have dispatched the item you should have dispatched the item. You clearly had not.

When we are unable to manufacture or obtain the part in a reasonable timescale we always offer a refund. Your statement on that we had 'clearly' not dispatched the item is incorrect. Our system can only generate a tracking number when the goods have actually been packed and sent. In your case we believe that the courier may have lost the original shipment. A replacement was sent (at no cost) and we understand that this was delivered on April 25th though you have not confirmed this. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review. Placed an order for a mirror on 9th April not despatched until 16th, arrived next day 17th ( very good ) unfortunately I went away for a week on the 16th and it sat on my drive for a week. Can't understand why it took so long to disbatch as it was such a small item.
