“Product arrived savely and was sufficiently packed. Product was not best quality, the cot bumper had a moon/star/cloud stitching and one thread was connecting the stitching of the moon and the cloud. Any baby trying to grab that can easily cut themselves with that very thin thread. I was a bit disappointed by that.”

“I had an issue with a Moses basket that was damaged upon arrival, and the representative that I emailed was quick to respond, and immediately got a replacement processed to be sent out to me! This was all done within an hour! Great customer service!”

“I have recently ordered a grey waffle palm Moses basket and stand, it is even more beautiful than it looks on the website and can’t wait to use it for our little one and speedy delivery too. I also ordered a fur hood for my pram accessory which was equally brilliant also the only thing was there was a mix up in colours and I received the wrong one. I emailed the company straight away who looked into this for me and they are now sending out the correct colour but told me to keep the incorrect one as a spare. They are a lovey company and I will not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them :)”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address and when I sought a refund I didn't get responses for almost a week. It's a shame as the products look lovely and eventually the person who arranged my refund was really nice but you have to chase to find out what is happening and I find that quite disappointing.”

“I'm very happy with Clair de Lune. I first bought the wrong sized mattress on the weekend and promptly emailed them to cancel the order. A very nice staff member replied to me on monday to say the order had been cancelled and i'd get a refund which I've now received. on the same monday, I ordered the right sized mattress and other items i needed. I got them today (wednesday) and I'm so happy with the quality of everything! beautiful and great products.”

“I had two issues that jess dealt with personaly on 2 separate occasions. Both was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I cannot fault her customer service skills. She is polite friendly and when she said she was going to do something I had no doubt she would. Great asset to any team. Safe to say I will be ordering futher products. Great work jess 👏👍💪👌”
