“Lovely quality products in great designs”

“Terrible customer service. Ordered Moses basket stand in May. Cancelled it in June. Received no refund but got the items in July. Asked for a refund which was like getting blood out of a stone. Retuned then item and received some of the refund and now just given up trying for the rest. False promises of when I should get the item. Kept telling me it had been cancelled and I’d been refunded but no such luck.”
