“A Family member bought Moses basket drape and stand as a gift due to an accident of my own when washing the drape it ended up with a hole and was no longer useable but I emailed and Jessey as managed to get hold of a replacement drape! So happy thanks so much great customer service responded really quick aswell.”

I rang the number on your website and spoke to an actual person (always a bonus!). She was very friendly, took my son's number and email address and contacted him. The problem has now been sorted out and the stand is perfect. Thank you for excellent customer service.”

The delivery was really quick, which was a relief as we were relying on the moses basket for our 2 week old to get some sleep :) I would definitely recommend and will be using again.”

“I emailed into Clair De Lune asking for some information in regards to screws I was missing but I required them for the rebuild of my Moses basket stand for baby number 2. Jessey replied almost instantly, asking for my details, and posted the said screws and fittings out the same day for me, no questions asked, which I received the next day. I really did not expect this high level of service, I genuinely just wanted to know which screws I needed to buy, but it has saved me so much hassle by Jessey sending these to me when I’m heavily pregnant. It’s really really just such a small thing which has made such a difference for me! Cannot recommend claire de lune high enough and how lucky are they to have someone as attentive as Jessey working for them!”
