“My initial basket was received and was lovely, but the inside cover had a small joke in it. Emailed customer service and they sent me out a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement didn’t arrive (likely due to Royal Mail) so I whacked back and got a quick response that it had been posted again. Sure enough received it the next day. Great customer service to rectify a small issue. Our Moses basket is lovely! Very happy with our purchase.”

“I contacted them as fed ex claimed to have delivered. They replied straight away and tracked the parcel for me. It was delivered the next day. Which was still prompt delivery. All the purchases I have made have been wonderful. Definitely be using again. Thankyou.”

“My sister brought us our Moses basket and she ordered it back in may! We finally started to put the Moses together and came to realise some peices were missing. I got in touch with my sister and she emailed the same day and within 2 days the missing pieces were delivered. Not only did they send them 1st class but they sent them to my address rather then my sisters which was even better! Also the Moses basket it’s beautiful. Thankyou very much!”

I ordered a Moses basket, Moses basket stand & fitted sheets for the mattress on the 24th, it arrived by 10am on the 26th, the products are all beautiful! Jessey was very helpful in helping me sort out an issue with a previous company who I originally ordered through that didn’t send my order across.
