“Excellent customer service. I ordered a moses basket and a stand and both arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and Jessey replied promptly and arranged a collection and replacement to be delivered ASAP. New moses basket and stand have arrived and both looka fine, haven't used it but looks good quality.”

“Excellent customer service, replied promptly to my concerns and couldn’t have helped more, I’m extremely grateful! I had a faulty Moses basket stand so I emailed to see if there was anything anyone could do, they’ve kindly sent a replacement and we’re very apologetic about the issues we encountered, 5 star customer service, special mention to Jessey James who sorted this out for us, thank you again :)”

“Ordered before Christmas as baby was not due until Feb. After the order we were told that the baby will be here 4 weeks early. As we only had the moses basket, i emailed sales and spoke with Jessey. Upon speaking to Jessie and explaining our situation, Jessie has gone to the warehouse and took it upon herself to get this picked, packaged and posted. The parcel will now be with us on Friday. Exceptional customer service by Jessie. I will be buying from here again. Thanks Jessie”
