“Hi I just want to say a huge thank you to Charlotte and Natalie for their excellent customer service and dealing with my problem as quick as possible. I had an issue with my order and spoke to Charlotte and Natalie who arranged for a new delivery and collecting of the first order the very next day. An extra thank you for the lovely blanket too. The new item appears to be fine I give it a quick check over. I hope you can agree the item returned did have a few strange marks on it. Despite that it wouldn’t stop me ordering anything from you again. If anything it reassures me your customer service is great and your staff are efficient and caring for their customers. Massive thank you again Claire”

“Delivery was fast unfortunately the stand didn't come with any instructions so took a while to build due to the different sized screws. Other than that it looks very nice once built, looking forward to our baby sleeping in it once she arrives.”

“Why do you include a 2.0 cover which my 5lb baby managed to kick onto his face. It doesn't tuck in so is dangerous. HV recommend cellular blanket and it would have been nice to have one that matched.”
