I had an issue with my order and spoke to Charlotte and Natalie who arranged for a new delivery and collecting of the first order the very next day. An extra thank you for the lovely blanket too.
The new item appears to be fine I give it a quick check over. I hope you can agree the item returned did have a few strange marks on it.
