“Why do you include a 2.0 cover which my 5lb baby managed to kick onto his face. It doesn't tuck in so is dangerous. HV recommend cellular blanket and it would have been nice to have one that matched.”

“The most unprofessional and useless company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They caused me a lot of stress before my baby was born and even now, 2 months later, they are completely unhelpful. Oh and they also think they can charge "just £99" for a replacement basket liner! What a joke!”
