“Basically, very easy to deal with & set up insurance and a lot cheaper than General Accident renewal. Very easy to get no claims proof across.”

“Since reporting my accident on Aug 28th I have been passed from Kingsway Ins to City Ins to Pukka and Action 365, back and forward when I do eventually get someone to speak to having listened to wonky music which comes then fades so I no longer know if my call is still in a waiting mode or I should begin the whole process yet again! I am very frustrated, to say the least- please advise ASAP!”
