“Efficient, reliable and sensible. Always helpful and provide an excellent and timely service. Far to deal with City Insurance than faceless call centres. Have moved from Winchester but will continue to use them for all our insurance needs.”

“Formerly a local company in Salisbury, now moved to Winchester but have retained the friendly, helpful attitude and service provision that I had become accustomed to when I popped in to renew my insurance each year. They remain very competitive, so I can find no reason not to renew with them.”

“Having insured our house, our cars and holidays since 2011 through City Insurance, not once have we felt we were not dealt with professionally and supplied a good quality policy. I was a shame the chap Amos left as he was a legend, but the rest of the team are also very helpful.”

“We have been with City for over 25 yrs and always had immediate good and friendly response with value car insurance. This year they saved us over £1,000 by changing our very outdated house policies with Prudential. Should have done it sooner. Always reliable and fully trusted.”

“Have been with City Insurance for many years. I was initially apprehensive when they moved to Winchester and closed the Salisbury offices. However, have had no problems, with contacting by telephone or email. Staff always efficient and polite.”
