“A bit of messing about to get cover for my no claims but the gent on the other end of the phone sorted it out and rang back as he said he would. Could do with the option of no claims cover when you send your new quote through but otherwise happy customer”

I appreciate it can be difficult sometimes to provide no claims bonus but I am pleased that when you called us we were able to resolve it with little hassle.
