“I have been a customer for over ten years and throughout that time I have found the service provided by City Insurance Group to be fast, efficient, professional and good value for money. Also, without having to wait for more than a few seconds you get to talk to someone knowledgeable who can deal with any queries very quickly. Altogether it's a far better experience than fiddling about on a website.”

“Daniel was the person who dealt with me, taking insurance out with you and he help me sort out a crash that I never had on my insurance broker... for 2 years I have had it removed.. Thank.. it was a mistake by Hastings in 2016 so I thank him for his diligence”

“My contact with City Insurance via Roy Slydel was absolutely positive and professional. Not only did City manage to reduce the premium from 2018, the cover was better. The only negative point I would raise is that the paperwork does not reflect my title as Dr Alexander John Waddell - through no fault of Mr Slydel. Can this be corrected please. I have three A J Waddells' in my home and mail often gets confused. If it can be changed please let me know. Regards. Dr Alexander John Waddell”
