About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“I ordered 4 “Wise Owls” through the mail. 2 I redirected to a friend (whose pet name for me is Wise Owl). On opening my 2 (and even though the packaging seemed appropriate) I discovered that both were smashed in transit. The chocolate is still delicious (and I don’t particularly mind about my broken pair because I would have broken them myself very quickly) but the likely loss of the other two will diminish the impact of the intended “in joke” between us”

Thank you, we're so pleased that you loved the chocolate and for your pragmatism about your two broken owls. However, this is disappointing and certainly not how we want our lovely chocolate to arrive. We don't want any of our customers to be unhappy, and we'd never knowingly send out damaged chocolates. If you had contacted our Customer Care team, they could have helped with this. Hopefully the two that you sent to your friend arrived unscathed and your in joke was as impactful as you'd hoped it would be.

“Beautiful hampers that you got to pick what was in them so could personalise them. Would have been helpful to have a sticker on the outside to say what was in which hamper as I ordered three but had no way of knowing which was which without opening them!”

“I was shocked to see how small the box of 25 chocolates was when it arrived. Large box was the description !!? It's a gift so hasn't been opened yet.”

Our large boxes of chocolates contain 25 handcrafted fresh chocolates made with local ingredients and slave-free, ethical chocolate, each of them hand-decorated and hand-packed into plastic-free packaging. We think the recipient will find them exquisite!

“Sadly the gooey brownie was dry and not at all like a brownie, more like a dry sponge. A birthday present for my husband that was very disappointing.”

Oh no, we're really sorry to hear this. Our brownies are usually really squidgy and almost truffle-like, so this is really unusual. If you'd got in touch with our fab Customer Care team at the time, they would have been able to put this right for you.

“Best chocolates available for the price. I was on the search for the ultimate chocolates and disappointed with the the upper class chocolatier box selections. The only comparable chocolates were Paul A Young's selection. Although they were very good they were very expensive. In summary Chococo are the best quality / value for money in my personal experience. My only downside is my attempt to try all the relevant seasons range and buying the larger boxes just gives me 2 chocolates ( sometimes 3) of the exact same flavour. I woukd happily pay a bit extra to get single chocolates covering the whole of that seasons range. Having said that, I hate to think of how much I've spent on Chococo chocolates since I first experienced them.”
