About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

From this limited description, it sounds like the chocolate had bloomed as it would not have been stale. We're sorry to read this. The Hazelnut Gems have a roasted hazelnut encased in our 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award-winning 65% Mega Milk Chocolate, so by their very nature, might be considered relatively solid to bite into. Our our 'dark milk' Mega Milk chocolate is handmade of single origin chocolate made by our raise trade partners Chocolaterie Robert in Madagascar, from Grand Cru de Sambirano cocoa beans and it contains 65% cocoa (which is more than even many dark chocolates out there), 27% milk and just 8% added sugar.
