About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“We ordered a couple of vegan Easter eggs for our son and partner. They seemed very happy to receive them and tell us they're looking forward to tasting them. I chose Chococo as the they had good online reviews from several sources. Ordering process and delivery as expected.”

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear that your gift reached the recipient later than expected. We’ve checked the tracking information and can confirm that the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. It seems the delay may have occurred within the hospital itself, and we're truly sorry it took longer to reach the recipient. Given the circumstances, we hope you understand that hospitals likely prioritize other matters and it is not a reflection on our delivery service.

“I’ve ordered from chococo multiple times before, as always the product was great. However, customer service was poor. It’s also worth being aware that should you need to return your purchase this will have to be at your own expense. Not the service you’d expect from a premium brand.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve enjoyed our products before. We apologise for the inconvenience regarding your recent order. As advised at the time, we were unable to locate your parcel at the time because it had already been packed and labelled, and was due to be despatched imminently. Unfortunately, as noted in our Order Confirmation, we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been processed, which is why changing the delivery address two days later was not possible. Regarding returns, it’s not uncommon for customers to cover return shipping costs, and we always aim to make the process as smooth as possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a better experience in the future.

“I loved the ease of ordering , and the delivery timeframe , the chocolate was very good quality, the animals I ordered were a big hit with the children that received them , but was a little surprised at the size of the boxes compared to the pictures , but I would definitely order again.”
