About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“It's not Easter Day yet! Can we review again after we've eaten our eggs, please? But well done on setting up so quickly to deal with the national crisis re. Covid 19. “Ordered 3 Easter eggs. They look really good. Well packaged and the delivery was excellent. They are Easter presents so not been eaten yet. But I’m sure they will go down well. A little bit smaller than expected but it’s the taste that counts and if they taste as good as they look it’s a bonus. Would recommend to friends and family”

“I placed two separate orders for delivry. Both have been well received, and I have been told the packing meant they were safe and sound. I have not yet tasted the chocolate, otherwise I would have gone for Very Good.”

“I ordered Chococo chocolates for my mum for Mothers day. I have enjoyed them myself in the past and know mum is a huge fan so they made a great gift. The only problem was that they arrived with the wrong card attached so she didn't know who they were from and had to text me and my siblings!”

Hi Heather - many thanks for your comments & apologies about the mix up with the message - we are operating under really extreme circumstances at the moment with only 2 people packing & despatching, to ensure we can maintain safe distances, when normally at this time of year, we would have many more people working - so apologies from a slightly frazzled team. We hope your mum doesn't hold it against us!

Hi Rachel, apologies but we ran out of them sooner than we were expecting and have been blown away by the level of demand for our chocolates this Easter - we are struggling to make more, given all the staffing & distance constraints we are coping with, so thank you for being understanding.

Apologies for that - we got completely overwhelmed with orders and have only got a small team in at any one time to despatch in order to keep them safe, so we will do our best to make up for any such oversights in the future, once we know where we stand and can start making properly again.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback - making sure the chocolates match the pictures is an ongoing challenge as we do decorate them by hand, so the patterns don't always match exactly, but your comments are noted and it is something we discuss a lot!

Many thanks for taking the time to send us a review and many thanks too for helping us to support the important work of the SeaLife Trust. Whilst the egg is more expensive than commercial, mass produced eggs from supermarkets, it is cheaper than many of our artisan chocolatier competitors who are making similar items. Apologies for that error - we did let the team know that we had made a mistake with the gift message & discussed processes to ensure that it doesnt happen again - we do pack & despatch all our chocolates by hand, but do try to ensure that such mistakes don't happen. We hope it didnt detract too much from enjoying the chocolates.

“Nice chocolate, large range of different types and flavours. Found the milk and white based chocolates too fatty - leaving a fat layer on our tongues. Not nice.”
