“Great quality chocolate, and lovely warm, personal, customer service in-store. Products are pricey, however, and buying online isn't something I'd choose to do with the P&P as high as it is.”

“One of the items (a chocolate robot) arrived broken because it wasn't packaged very well, but when I got in touch with Customer Service they apologised and sent a replacement straight away (which was well packaged and didn't break), and let me keep the broken one, so I was happy overall :)”

“I bought the chocolate salami because the description said it was sugar free, but if you look at the label it clearly says 'sugar'. Haven't tasted it yet - it's for Christmas - but I'm hoping it's not too sweet.”

Many thanks for your review - Don't worry, the salami is certainly not too sweet! Apologies if we confused you but in the description we say that the salami has 'no added sugar' when we make it, ie: the only sugar in it is in the dark chocolate & natural sugars from the dried fruits. The chocolate is our house 67% Madagascar origin dark chocolate which complements the festive fruits & nuts beautifully. We hope you enjoy your salami at Christmas!

“Lovely tasting chocolate, and great packaging. I have been looking for something like this for months and will be buying lots of these for Christmas. I wish there was also a larger version with individually-wrapped chocolates (in foil, perhaps?) for sharing situations.”

“Chocolate drink delicious but annoyingly defaulted to high price postage costs. Limited online selection, as about to move to Midlands disappointing. Also disappointed 100% chocolate drops for making hot chocolate not available. Would 100% recommend shops and cafes to those living locally”

“I love Chococo. This time I bought a celebratory chocolate tile which was £15 plus postage. It is described as giant and is 250g, This is all fine. However it comes wrapped only in cellophane and really doesn't represent good value for money. In order to make it a nice and presentable gift that looks anywhere near what it cost, I would at least expect it to be boxed. I have a chococo shop in my local town, so if this was available to buy, A) it would save me the postage, and B) I might have thought twice about buying it in the first place. All in all, not good value in my opinion. Having said all that, I gave 4*'s because it is as described, and the ordering/delivery service was very good.”

“Bought for a friend so they got the joy of tasting, but the purchase and postage process was excellent. My only complaint would be that the label containing my personalised message was stuck creased and wonky in the card. Would still order again though”
