We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“The chocolate tasted lovely, but the packaging arrived damaged, which subsequently meant the egg was a little damaged as it had not been secured in place. While this was not the end of the world and my boyfriend (for whom the egg was a gift) was not particularly worried, it did detract from how beautiful the egg would have been otherwise.”

“Prompt receipt of goods well packaged and presented, good quality. Would have liked to have chosen the chocolates in the box as this was a gift to a person with likes and dislikes, so a bit of a risk.”

Dear Stephanie, thanks for your feedback and we are pleased that you thought the chocolates were received promptly and good quality. We would love to be able to offer a 'chosen' chocolate facility but since our chocolates are made fresh every week we are unable to confirm which chocolates are going to be available. We do take your feedback on board though and will take it into account in the future if we can do something.

“I bought the chocolates as a present - the recipients said they were the best chocolates that they have ever tasted - unfortunately I haven't tasted them so I can't comment. They were quickly delivered exactly as planned. The only issue I had was with the website which twice lost all my details as I clicked through the process - I nearly gave up.”

“How they didn't make me happy: I ordered four logs and they have an expiry date in early January. Was this end of line stock - previous orders had a much longer time to expiry.”

Dear Kevin, thanks for your feedback - all of our chocolates & chocolate gifts are made in-season so there is no end of line stock. The mini yule logs have a slightly shorter date than our chocolates as they contain fruit and biscuits, but hopefully you can enjoy them over Christmas.

“The chocolates arrived on time, looked absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing. The only negative would be that the level of gift wrap provided was definitely not worth the price. I would order again, but definitely not with gift wrap as it seemed like a waste of £3.”

“The chocolate was a gift and the recipient rated it very highly. However the delivery and courier service was very poor. I paid for next day but had to collect myself from a depo late at my own cost. No tracking option or detail on place. Your courier is behind several others in the market and would mean I will not order your products again.”

“Chocolates are always of fantastic quality and delivered exactly on time. I appreciate you taking the trouble to take note of my individual preferences. My one gripe with my last order (which I have already fed back on) was that in a small box of 9 I had 2 chocolate types duplicated so rather than having 9 different chocolates I had 7. I don’t mind that so much when it is a larger box but it’s noticeable when it’s a small box. Just a small quibble.”

“The chocolates were a gift so I have not tasted them but I was disappointed that there was no menu of what chocolates were contained in the box. This is always a nice to have so people can choose which chocolate they would like to try first.”
