We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Unfortunately some of the chocolates had melted due to delayed delivery & a heatwave, but this was more a problem with co-ordinating delivery times with Royal Mail. They still taste nice anyway :)”

So glad you still enjoyed your chocolates, even if they weren't as beautiful as they should have been. Royal Mail attempted delivery several times before the parcel was collected, and this delay likely contributed to the issue. While we can't control delivery schedules, customers do have the option to arrange redelivery or collection in advance, which can help avoid situations like this. We're glad to hear you still enjoyed the taste 😊️

“10 out of 10 for presentation. They were a well-received gift for a friend who I’ve bought them for before so I know she loves them. The quality is outstanding in every way. The only negative point is that they were just out of date by the time my friend received them.”

“Fantastic customer service. My order was due to be sent out in what was then the hottest week of the year. Chococo emailed all customers to explain they had made the decision not to ship orders that week as they didn't want goods spoiling in transit, but to let them know if an order was urgent. Mine was, so I let them know and they expedited it to me at their cost so I was able to give an important gift at the right time. Thank you to Amber at Chococo for sorting it out for me 🙏 I will definitely be going back”

“Really delicious chocolates! I love the unusual flavours and the really fresh fruit chocolate fillings. It's different to any other mixed chocolate boxes you can buy. It was also very much appreciated that delivery was delayed due to the very hot weather to ensure the chocolates arrived in the optimal condition.”

“The chocolates were very tasty. I bought a box for my husband’s birthday and 3 bars - one for each of my sons. Unfortunately, two bars and a packet came with no explanation. Would have preferred what I ordered, and some explanation if it was going to be different.”

“I BOUGHT THE LARGE WINNERS BOX PLUS CHOICE OF BROWNIE OR BAKE BUNDLE. MY WIFE HAS GLUTEN INTOLERANCE AND I SEARCHED THE INTERNET FOR GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATES AND YOUR COMPANY CAME UP AS BEING GLUTEN FREE. THE BOX OF CHOCOLATES WERE FINE AND MY WIFE IS ENJOYING THESE, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE BAKE BUNDLE HAS WHEAT IN THE MIX AND SHE WAS UNABLE TO EAT THIS.”

Just to clarify, we don’t claim to be a gluten-free company, and unfortunately, we can’t control how our products appear in internet search results. That said, we’re always careful to clearly display all ingredient and allergen information on our website. In this case, the bake you selected as part of your bundle does include gluten and this is marked with a bold "Contains Gluten" label right next to the product images, as well as listed in the ingredients. We're very sorry if you didn't look at this. We know it can be frustrating when you're shopping for someone with specific dietary needs, and we're always happy to help if you need guidance on safe choices next time, but we would urge you to check the product information and not just rely on a search engine suggestion.
