We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

Thank you, our blonde chocolate is new to the Chococo range and we're so glad you love it! We'll definitely consider a blonde egg next year, but we do have our blonde bunnies which are cute and seasonal too 🐰️🐇️

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this. We have used our plastic-free packaging format now for a couple of years with only a tiny number of issues which are more to do with how the eggs are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. Our lovely Customer Care team are on hand to help with any delivery issues - just give them a call or drop them an email and they'll do all they can to put this right for you.

“exellent tasting chocolate, melts smoothly on the tongue and flavour lasts. wonderful customer services that help with an order at short notice caring for the planet with packaging. i send gifts i choose individually and chococo take the care to present them all in a giftbox.my love of chococo started when my friend sent me a gift a few years ago,so i repay the thought by choosing new chocsfor her to try. ive also sent a giftcard for my friend to pick her own in a chococo shop near her in dorset.”

“Absolutely scrumptious chocolates, particularly the molasses & Brown Butter Caramel! The only thing which let the whole buying experience down was, sadly, Royal Mail. We selected to have the chocolates delivered on a Friday, they were dispatched on the Thursday by 1st class but sadly Royal Mail didn't deliver until the Monday. (I've not removed any stars for that as it's not Chococo's fault - but it arguably does require revised consideration of the deliver method as 1st class often doesn't get there next day!)”

Thank you for loving Chococo! Sorry to hear about the delivery but we should point out that our preferred date deliveries aren't guaranteed, although the vast majority of 1st class tracked parcels do make it next day.
