About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Bought as a birthday gift. It arrived at the recipient's house on my nominated day and I am told both flavours of brownie (salted caramel and pecan) were 'absolutely yummy'!”

Our Customer Care team confirmed that Royal Mail attempted delivery on the expected day, but unfortunately they were unable to access the address at that time. The parcel was then successfully delivered the following day, within the expected delivery window. We’re confident that the brownie would have still been in perfect condition, even with the slight delay, and we trust that your friend enjoyed it too. “Chocolates were lovely. Bought 3 tins of your hot chocolate flakes to try and they were also delicious. Have already raised a query with your sales team regarding getting refills online and have been advised they will be back in stock online in around a week. Superb products with good quick customer service. Also with the addition of ethical business, well done!”

“Very happy with the product and was well received as a gift. Whilst not bought for me, I have tried Choco chocolates and they were lovely. Only negative was I did not receive a confirmation email so was a bit worried at first, however I did get a Royal Mail delivery email instead. From the time ordered to delivered was nice and quick. Happy overall.”

“Very sorry but I did not enjoy the chocolate covered orange segments which had misleadingly good but reviews. Enormous lumps of chocolate and semi dried orange. Not refined and not tasty. The Christmas selection box of chocolates however were good. Rich and chocolatey.”

Thank you for your honest feedback and we're sorry the chocolate-covered orange segments didn't meet your expectations. We take beautifully sticky candied Spanish orange slices and smother them in two layers of our 72% house dark chocolate from Ecuador for a deliciously thick, crunchy chocolate coating, so they're more indulgent than refined. But we're glad you enjoyed the Festive Selection and hope that you'll enjoy our chocolates again.
