We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“The chocolates are presented in stunning boxes, and have the wow factor....my (our guests too both young and old!) only complaint is that the order of service (the menu card) in chocolate boxes was very hard to read as writing small and in italics...not easy without glasses!! Also it was hard to distinguish which chocolate was which by the pictures compared to the chocolates....this is all a minor issue as the chocolates themselves were delicious.....this is hopefully constructive criticism!”

“Always loved Chococo chocolate and visit the shop everytime we come to Swanage (every year). Unfortunately one of the items i ordered, a personalised chocolate heart for my husband for our wedding anniversary was broken in the box when received. It looked as though it had been snapped in half from placement of the gathered plastic wrap folded behind it. It will still taste lovely, just a shame it is snapped in half.”

Hi, I am sorry to read that you had a broken heart, If in the future you choose to order again, and an issue like this happens, please contact us and we will replace it free of charge as this is not how we wish our customers to receive and see our chocolates. We would not want anyone to have a broken heart and will always try and mend it. Katharine

Thanks, we're so glad you loved our chocolate. Our brownies are more truffle-like rather than the traditional cakey variety, so they are a little different from all the rest.

Our fresh chocolates do have a short shelf life and their "Eat by" date is displayed on our website. You can freeze them if you carefully wrap the boxes in clingfilm, then defrost them slowly in a coolish room when you want to eat them. Alternatively, you can order using our 1st Class Preferred Delivery date.

“they are a christmas present so don't know what they taste like yet. I wish you had put packing between the layers of turtles as the shells were all scuffed and didn't look as good as they could have done. it blurred the detail of the shells.”

The best things come in small packages, and we are hand-crafted, ethical, plastic-free and palm-oil free which all comes at a bit of a premium (and the box weight is shown on the website).
