We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Brownie arrived the next day, fresh and safely packaged. It was delicious but I would have like a crispier top, the lining paper was stuck to the brownie and overall it was a dense flat texture. I would have liked a squishy middle & slight crunch to the top, but overall good service and good dense chocolatey flavour”

“Excellent chocolates. Only downside is that they are pricey for the quantity offered, however I get quality doesn't come at bargain prices.”

Thank you, we're so glad you enjoyed our chocolates. Don't forget our chocolates are handcrafted in our Dorset kitchen using ethically sourced chocolate, no palm oil and our packaging is all plastic-free, so it's not just super quality, it's good for the planet too.

“I love the products and the mix of glamorous but also playful chocolate. Have not tasted it myself yet, but sent two boxes to friends who needed cheering up. The only minus was the complicated delivery process with Royal Mail. Unfortunately not very reliable anymore. In one case the re-delivery worked smoothly, in the other one it took an extra day and then my friend was not working and had to go and pick it up from her workplace.”

We're so pleased you like our chocolates, but sorry to hear you had a bit of an issue with delivery. Thankfully, in our experience, problems with Royal Mail are relatively few and far between, and they do offer better redelivery options than most couriers.

“I bought these as my son had had an operation. They were to cheer him onto the road to recovery with some indulgent treats. The Royal Mail seemed to botch up delivery as three messages were sent to myself and him to inform of delivery and on third attempt they were finally delivered. He enjoyed the chocolates and so did his partner.”

Thank you, we're really glad you enjoyed our Autumn collection. At the moment we just wouldn't be able to offer the variety of flavours, tastes and textures that we do whilst continuing to uphold our core values if we were to try to source 100% organic ingredients, but it is a factor that we take into consideration when looking at new ingredients or suppliers. At Chococo we concentrate on our ethos which is based on 3 core principals - People, Product and Planet. We only source fine single origin chocolate made with fine cocoa beans and where possible, we work with "beyond fairtrade" or Raisetrade chocolate, ie: chocolate produced from bean to couverture chocolate in its country of origin. Our fillings are sourced as much as possible from locally produced ingredients, and 100% of our packaging is plastic-free and is either recyclable or compostable. “Chocolate looked lovely,unfortunately tho they took my order they later realised that the delivery address was ireland which they don't do,apologised and refunded monies ever so promptly, very professional”

“Recipient enjoyed chocolate box and it’s unique flavour combinations. Took brownies in to work they were nice but pricey for just being nice. They kept well though.”

“A bit disappointed since they first off forgot one of my order and when it arrived, most of the chocolates are duplicates so I don’t get to taste the variety from the dark chocolate selection”

“Chocolate was delicious according to my grandson . It was just a pity that the very hot weather meant that the rocket men in particular and the dinosuars to a lesser degree were very much stuck together. Perhaps more insulation in packaging is needed.”
