“Chococo are definitely a great shop to buy from. I’ve made purchases from their online shop twice and I have to say that their gold chocolate is the best I’ve ever tasted!! Their boxes of chocolates have a little note in explaining that they’re freshly made, which definitely appealed to me as I hate knowing food is filled with preservatives. We bought some strawberry and basil truffles and I’m sorry to say that my husband and I both thought they were disgusting. All we could taste was the basil. But most of the other chocolates have been lovely and I do think the boxes of chocolates contain a good selection of flavours. Some of the chocolate is a bit bitter for me. I’d like to see more milk and white chocolate selections, that’s why I couldn’t give them a 5. Also, the cocoa nibs in the gold chocolate ruins it. I could be a taste tester for them if they wanted :) I’ve already recommended them to friends and family and I will buy from them again in the future.”

Thank you for your feedback and we're pleased to hear that a lot of what we do makes you happy. All our chocolates are handcrafted and whilst we try to keep our menu unusual and interesting, inevitably not everyone can love every flavour combo that we make. “The chocolates are first class but some of Chococo's billing processes (on a subscription order) are unusual and has caused me to attempt to contact the company without reply; which is disappointing, even allowing for CV19. But, to repeat, the chocs really are first class!”

“Very good handmade chocolates but expensive. Over £1.00 a chocolate its steep. Service, delivery very good as is the quality i just wish they were cheaper and i would buy them more often.”

“Haven’t opened the Chococco choc’s yet.... I’ve given feedback via Facebook Messenger to say. Ordering via a phone the field to write a message isn’t obvious. Royal Mail who delivered the box, threw it over the gate and it was left in the sun. We were actually at home so it’s simply terrible customer service. As their customer you should be aware.... fortunately your ace packaging means it wasn’t damaged.”

“We enjoyed the chocolates very much, especially the fruity ones. The only issue was with the vegan chocolate, which had an unpleasant texture and taste. When you order a box of milk chocolates you don’t want or expect chocolate without milk. Maybe sell the vegan products separately and do not include them in a box of dairy chocolates. We will be happy to order your chocolates again, but only if we are assured they are all dairy chocolates as expected.”

“As a present to my son who has enjoyed your chocolates before, I was lucky to sample some myself. I tried the pink heart for the first time and whether it contained white chocolate, I did not enjoy the taste or texture. All the others were delicious.”

“Don’t know what they taste like, bought for my sisters birthday, who loves them, so was greatly received and appreciated. Good service, but I can’t help feeling they’re a little expensive for what they are, anyway as long as my sister enjoyed them, which she did. Thanks.”

“I love Chococo chocolates so ordered for a friend, selected ‘preferred day’ delivery with an ETA close to her birthday, however, the chocolates arrived far too soon. Sitting in my fridge for a week with the expiry date nearing day by day! Need to sort out postage options please!”
