I clicked on the option of three payment installments. However when I was billed the only option I had was 30 days to pay the full balance. When I approached Klarna they were less than helpful and would not change the payment terms. I also contact you and did not get anywhere. Good product, poor customer service

Never again. Product not what was advised by Staff in Silverburn, Don't buy earrings online as they are non returnable even though product info says otherwise. Offered a credit note as they can't resell - highly doubt a pair of £149 earrings would be going in bin. Emails not responded to, left with earrings that were not suitable for an important birthday gift.

The item I ordered as a gift for a friend is fine, but the customer service poor. The incorrect address was put on the parcel, causing confusion and a lot of time to myself trying to track down the delivery slip in order for me to be able to collect it from my local post office. When I emailed to complain, I was disappointed that, at the very least, the delivery charges were not offered back straight away. Given that the postage was almost £6, more than your average small parcel, I was quite shocked. It was only when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded, did this happen. Not good enough in my opinion.

Ordered the watched and received emailed that watch is out of stock and would take two weeks to arrive. After two weeks, no reply so chased again then was told that they can't send that watch so either refund the money or choose another similar watch. Another Watch arrived but with no watch winder. Called up and found watch winder out of stock and will arrive end of October. Please don't accept online orders if you don't have product in stock.

Having had an online conversation to find out what clasp was on the necklace I was looking at I was given completely the wrong information. Since then I have had to call Chisholm Hunter 4 times to try to rectify this, and have never had a call or email from them - I have had to do all the calling - very poor customer relations and having a member of staff on holiday is not a good enough excuse

Watch ordered online, Item arrived in the expected time and was pleased with. Advertised free gift was nowhere to be seen and still no sign of it. Wouldn’t shop with again due to lack of trust.

Poor delivery service was told the purchase would be delivered in five working days and it took 10. Very disappointing as this was a birthday gift

No email sent with tracking details. Parcel didn't arrive the following day. No receipt, no compliments slip. Watch warranty card missing from watch box. Customer service staff helpful and pleasant. But still haven't received warranty card.

This is one of my favourite stores but I was really disappointed by their service this time. Apart from the order confirmation email, I recieved no further communication on the progress of my order, the date of delivery or even a delivery confirmation once my order did arrive. When I went into a store to enquire, they informed me that their online sales are completely separate from their stores so they had no means of checking themselves which is really unheard of anywhere else. Nothing was done in the end and I simply had to wait. The item purchased was perfect but the lack of communication and the stress of having to chase my order has really made me think twice about shopping here.

Bought a Rolex 'Batman' and the clasp clip broke within 7 days. Was supposed to get a winding machine with the purchase, however, there were none left.....still waiting on both my watch back and winding machine

Very disappointed as you said price match and hillers jewellers was selling watch for 149.00 you were selling for 225 and you wouldn't price match but I losed out on deal as it sold out after 3 days of contacting your company. You sold me it for 199.00 so disappointed after promise of price match. So I wouldn't recommend your company regarding this

Ordered on line fir pick up in store. Decided to cancel but they would not provide refund until after item received back to distribution centre from the store. Took 10+ days. VP in my opinion.

My second watch purchase of a watch within a year. The first a citizen promaster navihawk which did not arrive as stated, after many calls which I was changed at premium rate I was told someone mistakenly forgot to send it out and when I did receive the watch it came with a incorrect box for a lesser model which I only found out at a later date. My second purchase a Longines heritage military had marks on polished case which I had to Re-box and send back and wait for a replacement. I did get my postage credited.

I was originally taken to the Chisholm Hunter page by google and the mobile landing page I came through on advertised a sale and % discount but when I checked out it wasn't applied. Queried with your chat team who advised there is small print (extremely small) and it doesn't show the small print if you're using your mobile (or I couldn't see it anyway). Decided to buy elsewhere but it was sold out everywhere else so bought from you very reluctantly!! Not the best experience.

Longines Heritage Military: I bought a new watch from them and they sent me one looking like used. The box came with some of the serial numbers capped, and the watch missing some tag, the leather strap already with use marks (maybe showcase watch). I didn’t return it cos i’m scare about this company. I’m scare to lose my watch and my money. I never shopping from them again.
