Ordered a new watch, was delivered in 48 hours, brilliant- oh new watch is not what I ordered- simple mistake, asked to return via DPD collection the next day- No problem incorrect watch returned as agreed. One week later........nothing........no new watch, no delivery date, no phone call........I've contacted Chisholm to enquire when I can expect delivery, as of yet..............nothing. So as it stands I have no idea whats going on.............

Bought a watch was given an x display one that was scratched. When I took it back she said it could be replaced with another x display I was not happy about that because it could have damage as well. She said stainless steel gets scratched anyway. If I buy something new I would expect it to be new with not a mark on it. Watches don't get scratched if they are treated with care. Very cheeky and unpleasant I thought won't be back.

Still waiting for my order. I called and emailed and nobody has got back to me. Supposed to be Express Delivery and nothing a week later.

Purchased ear rings online and I’m very disappointed with the quality. They are not well presented, I had to polish them and I don’t consider the box to be good quality. I would have expected them to have been packaged nicer. Paying £245 for a pair of ear rings is not to be sneezed at. As a long standing customer of Chisholm Hunter (over 26 years) I would have expected better. Should anyone care enough to contact me regarding this they can do so at yvonnekerr1@googlemail.com

Collected a online purchase from Bluewater store, 1 item was unsuitable, the staff had no idea how to deal with it. I could not get a refund in store and had to wait for over an hour for a handwritten note saying I didn't leave the shop with the item. Two weeks later I got a call from the distribution centre saying my return was too late for a refund, when I explained that I had not returned the item the store had they apologised and said I could have my refund, the store staff did not add any explanation to the item returned just put it in an envelope and sent it back. So i suppose I was lucky the distribution staff bothered to trace me. Would never use the company again total nightmare.

Made a purchase online at the Kingston, bental centre store. All i had to do was go in a collect it, i arrived at the shopping centre at 8:45 as online it stated the store opened at 9am. A store advisor told me they opened at 10am, so after sitting around for an hour at 10am shutters remained down, about 4-5 staff members sat in back of store having a chat. 10:05 came, shutters still down and chatting. 10:10 came, shutters still down and chatting. 10:15 came…… you guessed it. Still down and chatting. So now I’m rather agitated so i go over to the shutters to ask if they are actually opening today. Guy said “ yeah sorry in 2 minutes” So it’s now 10:20 and i have finally signed for my order, and I ended up over an hour late for work.

Happy with the product I received although I ordered a ring that was too big. I emailed weeks ago to see about getting a replacement or resize but never heard anything back Not very good

Despite buying what was a pair of matching earrings for my gf as a surprise with the necklace I had for her 2 months ago the colour and setting was off. Not impressed …

Description of pearl length on web was inaccurate, arrived with a damaged clasp…it was returned , you refunded cost but still waiting for my postal costs to be reimbursed… I even highlighted this on the return form.. not great !

Ordered specifically because it said that the item would arrive on a specific day but then had to chase dispatch and it became evident it would not be delivered that day causing a great deal of hassle rearranging plans. I then enquired as to the whereabouts of the tools the details said were included to be told they weren't. I subsequently found out they were and their location in the presentation box by someone else. Very poor product knowledge and behaviour with an expensive, high end item.

I ordered a watch in late November and required extra links the watch arrived but no links until January I contacted them a few times many promises but to no avail until I sent an email and finally received my extra links not very good

I ordered earrings online, if i ordered them on monday 12th december they would arrive by thursday 16th, i was going to my daughters on 17th. They didnt arrive til 20th december. Changed delivery address to my neighbour. These were a xmas present, so i wasnt very pleased. I managed to get the item at one of your shops Wont be ordering again Lilian McGregor

Purchased a bracelet on line and organised to pick this up in their Glasgow store however this was sent to another one. Following many emails the bracelet was sent to the correct store. I have purchased several items from Chisholm and Hunter in the past and have had great service. However the service I received during this purchase was not good and would make me look at other jewellers in future.

Placed an order for three of an item, what was delivered was one with delivery note showing three having been checked and signed against. Immediately phoned and was assured that the other two would be with us by the Monday, Tuesday at the latest. We didn’t get the other two until the Friday delivered by the Post Office. Made numerous calls as the parcel wasn’t picked up until late Monday afternoon. Very disappointed in service Jim Hutchison
