Went to get my wife’s engagement ring sized, told it couldn’t be which we naively accepted. Ended up getting the diamonds from the original ring put into a new ring. We find out c2 years later that the original ring could have been sized, which Chisholm Hunter have now agreed, along with two independent jewellers. They won’t provide any compensation despite the fact they conned us into buying a new ring by lying and saying the original ring couldn’t be sized. To make matters worse a stone has now fell out of the new ring as it has been poorly designed and made. I note we aren’t the only customer to suffer from this. Shock horror Chisholm Hunter state we have damaged the ring. The CEO claimed he would personally investigate and reply. Never had one response from him. This company has no idea what good customer service is but are top drawer at lying and conning customers and then conveniently claiming they didn’t say what they did. Stay well clear.

I received the wrong watch model that I ordered. The watch came dirty - in greasy fingerprints. Technical support wrote to me that this is the same watch that I ordered. But this is a lie. I checked the dial with a caliper. Considering the premium segment of the goods in your store, I am shocked by the service. And I had to wait a long time for express delivery by first class. BR Anna

The tie pin I bought was black and tarnished and in a very dusty box I had to send it to timpsons that day to get ìt cleaned it was 40th Gift the next day and I'm disabled to go to the store

Watch ordered Saturday evening, Paid for express delivery as needed for a parents 60th birthday present on Wednesday. Didn’t arrive until Thursday afternoon, hugely disappointing, will not be ordering again.

Absolute appalling service in the Glasgow Fort shop, the customer service skills in some staff members is non existent, My partner bought the Anniversary Edition of the Arnie Seiko Watch, he had to get 2 links taken off, the girl wasn't experienced enough and admitted to having trouble getting the links off, after having to go away 20 mins we finally get the watch minus the 2 links, the next day the watch falls off my partners wrist, so we took it back over Monday after work, only to be told that the watch wasn't fixable in the shop as the girl had damaged it when taking off the links, so they had to order another watch in store, they shop assistant said he would get the watch in for the next day as it was an expensive watch and wanted to ensure he took the links off, so that the watch would be ready for my partner to pick up on Wednesday (Today), My partner decided to go over to collect on his lunch break today, as he got to the shop the watch wasn't there, the staff made no apology and blamed it on Monday being a bank holiday, even though another staff member made assurances that the watch would be brought to the shop on Tuesday and be ready to collect on Wednesday, the staff members attitude was that their work colleague should never have said that, still no apology nothing, they then told my partner that he would need to come back for the watch, ( this would have been the fourth visit) he told them in store that he was not happy at having to come back for a fourth time, so he opted to have a walk about other shops while waiting on the watch coming into the shop as it would have took to long heading back to his work office only to return, as they had said it should be in by 1pm, almost an hour later the watch was in the store so he headed back, the female staff member who was dealing with him, made the whole situation worse, when she opted to stop removing the links on his watch to answer the phone and then help that person on the phone buy a necklace, it was a complete lack of consideration for my partner who had gave up a few hours of his time, and showed that the female staff member valued her time more than his, especially when there was 3 other members of staff doing nothing, eventually she had removed the links and my partner got his watch, only to them find out the female staff member didn't even fill out the warranty information, we have phoned the store back and they have said they will post out the warranty, but going on previous experience I'm not hopeful on receiving it

I bought a pair of items from Chisolm Hunter online for a total of over £300. Only one item was delivered, despite the dispatch note clearing stating both has been issued and the parcel clearly being labelled 1 of 1 when it arrived. In short, it was absolutely clear that Chisolm Hunter had got my order wrong. I spent over half an hour on hold to customer services querying where the second half of my order was. When I finally got an answer, it was clear there was no apology or recognition that if I hadn't chased up my order, the second half likely would never have been sent. Indeed the rep initially tried to fob me of by saying it was being dispatched separately, before checking and realising that it hasn't actually been sent at all. To her credit, she subsequently checked and got the item dispatched as soon as she realised there had been a mistake. But for the amount of money spent it was extremely poor customer service and I certainly will not be purchasing online from Chisolm Hunter again.

In short this business takes orders for stock they don’t have. Lie to you constantly and frankly have no customer service skills. Deal with this business at a risk I will never have dealings with them again, an appalling company of untrustworthy people.

Very little online information about the refunds. The return page to fill in to be sent to return office. And they only tell you to fill in the same thing + give you finally the address to send the return. I wouldn't recommend ordering online to much husstle

You advertised a watch...TISSOT PRX POWERMATIC....for £270....i know nothing about watches..but i liked the looks of this model...so purchased it as a birthday gift for my son...you sent me 2 emails confirming my purchase...and also named said watch..ie...TISSOT PRX POWERMATIC...but then AFTER taking payment,sent me the quartz model with its inferior movement and bland ugly dial....with the excuse that you had made a mistake on pricing....yet a telephone call from one of your staff confirmed that you had known about the pricing PRIOR to sending out the "wrong" model...ie...the one i didnt order...so you either dont give a **** about customer service or you are con artists...i now belong to several facebook watch groups and believe me,you are not getting any positive reviews from me,quite the opposite...iv managed to deter several would be customers from using you,and will continue to do so.

Good afternoon Thomas, As per our previous emails and phone calls, the wrong watch was advertised and the issue was fixed as soon as spotted. You received a Quartz but you were only charged for a Quartz, never an Automatic. We have apologised and discussed different options with you. You were also offered a full refund since you were very unhappy with the watch, but you decided to keep it. We feel that this review is not a true reflection of the service you have received. I bought a Zenith watch. Store unable to find box and warranty. I have attempted to contact them on FB and email to arrange delivery. Two years and still waiting.
