“The teapot arrived promptly and extremely well packed. The knob on the lid is at a slight angle and I feel that the teapot is slightly heavier than the one I am replacing though I have already disposed of the pieces so cannot be quite sure. I am wondering if the fact that this one is made in Sri Lanka is the reason. Having said that it is good to have been able to replace the broken one and importantly, it pours just as well with no drips.”

“I was delighted to find this company's website. I had chipped a favourite dish which is in every day use and forms part of our extensive collection of Denby Greystone. I was doubtful that I would be lucky in finding a replacement as this range has been out of production for years, so to actually find this dish was remarkable. My delight in its arrival was as great as when I purchased the original. On the website it stated excellent condition - which it most certainly was and looks as if it was brand new. Beautifully packed and delivery was quick even during these difficult times. Thank you so much!”
