“China Village ought to take its standards for granted, not fish for compliments, nor risk being open to charges of buying good reviews with a 10% future discount. My experience is good, which I expect, and I look forward to future success in finding stuff I need. You should have the confidence to rate yourselves. You will learn nothing you don't know already if management is any good, which it seems to be. This sort of thing is a trendy but pointless exercise. I bought a cauliflower from a well-known supermarket recently , and the receipt asked 'How did we do to-day?' Absurd. Meanwhile, every good wish to C V and the 2 Matts. GWFLang”
