“Have been trying to replace some plates from marks and Spencer that has been discontinued for a long time ...till I clicked onto your website and found exactly what I was looking for. Plates arrived in the time specified...very well wrapped up ..and just what I have been searching for for a long time ,would not hesitate to buy again from you and would certainly recommend people to bo the same ! “Have just received my Royal Grafton coffee cup today and it came in perfect condition. I received the complete coffee set as a wedding gift from college chums 49 years ago. In a recent move, one cup was cracked and I've been looking for a replacement since! Was so excited to find it even so far away and couldn't be happier with the service from The China Village! Matt promptly assuaged my concerns about shipping and such customer service is unfortunately rare these days. Great job!”
