“You told me you were selling Tumbling Leaves 4 inch tea cups. It turned out they were only 3.5 inch cups. They were well packed and arrived intact. I am only interested in 4 inch cups.”

The 10" plates are actually round so that is what the order was for, but I appreciate the photo makes it look as though they could be oval.
