“The order system was good but as I had to change the delivery address and card details it was a bit clunky and I could not get back to fix it on screen and had to phone/email. The Items when they arrived were a bit of a disappointment as they turned out to be CUPS not MUGS as we (my wife and I) had thought. There was no scale and no size. We shall keep them as we have a large collection of the china.”

“I purchased 2 Worcester Herb Dishes. They arrived much quicker than anticipated. Extra care had been taken to ensure my products were well wrapped and packaged to prevent any damage in transit. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the shape of the dishes were not identical to my original purchase over 25 years ago. I accept things change in that time period. Thank you so much. I will be back to buy more x”
