“I was very surprised and pleased to be able to match and obtain a replacement plate for my otherwise-complete dinner service. The replacement plate I received was indistinguishable from the rest of my service - a perfect match, very well packed and swiftly delivered . I will certainly be recommending your Company to my friends, in case they have the need to replace ant broken items. Many thanks for excellent service!”

I thought by paying the full price for this Royal Doulton Teapot and ordering from what I thought was a bonafide China shop that it would arrive in its box and not just bundled up in a load of old newspaper, I could have purchased one in perfect condition from eBay in this case.”

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order. This particular pattern was discontinued in 1998 and so it is not possible to buy from new today. We specialise in discontinued patterns and all of our items are pre-loved, therefore, we do not have any of the original packaging. Recycled newspaper is used for our packaging as we find it to be as effective as any polystyrene or plastic packaging materials and as its recycled is more environmentally friendly.
