“We ordered two made-to-measure Chesterfields for our school staffroom. Communications were excellent and even though it has been the Christmas period, our beautiful sofas arrived ahead of schedule and are now the focal point of our staffroom. They are of superb quality and so comfy...”

“A large package containing my chair was dumped at my front door by the courier. which was too big to get into the house. There was so much packaging that it took me 2 hours to pack up all the bits and pieces of packaging and then drive to the local recycling centre. I had assumed that the chair would be delivered by a reputable household delivery company, un-packed on their lorry and the chair delivered whole into my house. Obviously, you believe cheapest is best There were no instructions or paperwork with the chair. When I received it, it would not tilt. I phoned several times to find out why but the phone went unanswered. Eventually, I emailed you and was instructed how to move the lever on the right-hand side of the chair. Why was I not told? Why us did I have to call you and then email to find out jhow to tilt the chair. After paying £921.50 for a chair I don't expect such atroshious service”

Hi Mr. Jones Thanks for your feedback. The office chairs are sometimes sent out via Fedex or a courier and not by our own transport service so that the chairs can ready the customer as soon as possible and it is not to save costs. The boxes that the chairs are sent in are meticulously packed in order to prevent any damage to the office chairs hence the packaging surrounding the chair. Due to delivery restrictions in these testing times the courier drivers are practising safe distancing. I must apologise that the instructions were missing from the box. We will ensure that this is not missed on any future office chairs orders we have. I am glad we managed to explain how to tilt the chair via email and you are happy with your product. Once again apologies for any inconvenice caused as we are not in the habit of having unhappy customers. Regards Chesterfields Direct

“Product: I ordered the 3-seater Cambridge sofa. The sofa looks really nice on the website but it is even more impressive in person, I don't think images can do it justice. The craftsmanship is brilliant and from the minute you first sit on it you can feel the quality. The best sofa we have had. Company: The team at Chesterfields Direct were great. Sharon was very helpful and answered all questions we had through the build/delivery process. We ordered late last year and got the item before Christmas which was brilliant. Delivery was also very smooth. Extremely pleased with the purchase!”

“I searched for Chesterfield sofas and found several companies supplying them, some of which appeared to be the same business under different names. Chesterfields Direct were a little more expensive but I had more confidence that the product would arrive! They gave me a guide as to when it would be delivered and stuck to it. The delivery chap took great care manoeuvering the suite into position and gave valid advice on care. The suite looks great - exactly as pictured on their website. Very pleased and would certainly reccommend.”

“Have purchased a beautiful mahogany desk and mahogany chair. Two guys delivered and set up both, unwrapping them and taking away the wrapping. Delighted with both although I did find an indentation on the middle drawer a day later which I cannot be sure if it was there when delivered or if it was made by the chair. This brings me to the Captain's chair. Very comfortable and stylish. Only problem is, is that the arms have very square and sharp corners belong the leather padding. If not careful, this could very easily scratch the desk (or perhaps make an indentation, I will never know for sure).”

“I cannot recommend Chesterfields Direct highly enough. I have had two sets of Chesterfields made-to-order with them. The leathers they use are gorgeous colours and the design, finish, delivery and price are unbeatable anywhere else online. The service and communication was just so professional and notwithstanding Covid and Brexit supply issues, my order was never delayed. A full five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟”

“Ordered this rocking chair after having so much difficulty with other suppliers for a reclining leather chair. Sub-standard chairs were delivered that I had to assemble myself - didn't work at all. Placed my order I was advised of the wait time and the chair was delivered before the delivery date - it is beautiful smart and classy and it was already assembled - Cannot beat this for service and it is beautiful too”
