When I bought the sofa we were over the moon with the purchase, build quality was spot on. The only problem was when one of the grandchildren spilt water on sofa which left a massive water mark. We called up and was told a treatment would remove stain and said the colour sofa we picked was renowned for water marks , we were never told this on sale. I bought the treatment which was sent to me the next day but on checking e bay they'd literally more than double charged me for something they knew could happen in advance. Daylight robbery.

However, we strive to keep our furniture as competitively priced as possible and as you will see from our many positive feedbacks our furniture is greatly admired right across the world. A large package containing my chair was dumped at my front door by the courier. which was too big to get into the house. There was so much packaging that it took me 2 hours to pack up all the bits and pieces of packaging and then drive to the local recycling centre. I had assumed that the chair would be delivered by a reputable household delivery company, un-packed on their lorry and the chair delivered whole into my house. Obviously, you believe cheapest is best There were no instructions or paperwork with the chair. When I received it, it would not tilt. I phoned several times to find out why but the phone went unanswered. Eventually, I emailed you and was instructed how to move the lever on the right-hand side of the chair. Why was I not told? Why us did I have to call you and then email to find out jhow to tilt the chair. After paying £921.50 for a chair I don't expect such atroshious service

Hi Mr. Jones Thanks for your feedback. The office chairs are sometimes sent out via Fedex or a courier and not by our own transport service so that the chairs can ready the customer as soon as possible and it is not to save costs. The boxes that the chairs are sent in are meticulously packed in order to prevent any damage to the office chairs hence the packaging surrounding the chair. Due to delivery restrictions in these testing times the courier drivers are practising safe distancing. I must apologise that the instructions were missing from the box. We will ensure that this is not missed on any future office chairs orders we have. I am glad we managed to explain how to tilt the chair via email and you are happy with your product. Once again apologies for any inconvenice caused as we are not in the habit of having unhappy customers. Regards Chesterfields Direct

Hi Mr. Beswick thanks for your feedback. We received your order on Friday 22nd Jan at 15.16. This came through our system and the payment hit our account on Tuesday 26th Jan. The GT11 hide food was posted out first class post at 14.22 on the 27th Jan under reference 0214 6E78 0109 285A. Your hide food should be with you shortly. Royal Mail are suffering from some delays due to the current worldwide pandemic. We do not consider that this deserves a negative feedback on our behalf.

Last Wednesday I was advised my order was out in 1st class post..this was order18/9. Still not received 25/9. It’s just furniture conditioner.

The writing Bureau we ordered was extremely cheap and nasty. The colour was nothing like the website advertisements, the key was plastic, the drawers weighed nothing and clearly wouldn't last 5 minutes. For nearly £600 we expected a decent piece of furniture. Suffice to say, we are sending it straight back.
