“Excellent customer service, spoke to and emailed with Sharon and she was very helpful. The sofa was ready exactly when she said it would be and delivery was spot on, again exactly when we were told. The sofa is lovely we are very pleased with it. Cannot recommend Chesterfields direct enough.”

“Blown away with my Churchill Chesterfield chair, top quality craftsmanship. I wanted a lived in look so went for the premium vintage leather. Looks amazing, looks like a real antique but with newly made comfort. Good communication, good timescale, spot on delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

“It's a pleasure to be able to write a Review for a Company that fulfills all its promises from Ordering to Delivery to Quality to Service I Ordered a Chesterfield Suite from Chesterfield Direct and I certainly wasn't disappointed. From start to finish I was treated as a valued Customer nothing was a problem that couldn't be overcome the service was exemplary. The suite was even better than I expected and I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Chesterfield Direct to anyone who is looking for a Special Purchase which it was for us. Well Done just a shame there are not more Companies like yours.”

“So pleased we decided to use chesterfields direct for our furniture, from the first call to being given advice on colour, finish and wood colours to the colour swatches in the post that gave us a true representation of the colour we decided on. Ordering was simple and quick, delivery time was of our choice and the craftsmanship is a true credit to the people who make this furniture.
