“Had my necklace within a week. I was notified every step of the way as to the process. Great care, and respect had been put into the packaging, which meant a great deal, as it was my Mum. Thank you Pop for doing all you did. Would definitely recommend Cherished Urns.”

“From start to finish this was an easy experience. Ordering online and the pack to complete arrived the next day. Very easy instructions to follow. Email and text when they had received the package, separate email to say they are working on my order, another email and text to say it has been dispatched. When received the packaging was lovely, even a sticker to say who at the company had made the bracelet. The bracelet itself is beautiful, the colour matched exactly what was chosen and they also sent back the ashes that they didn't need to use.”

“The whole process was dealt with an efficient, caring and professional manner. I was informed by email of what was happening with my order from when they received it until when it was sent out. I even received an email a few days later, checking that everything was ok with my order. When speaking to friends about Cherished Urns and showing them the catalogue, they were amazed at the variety of different products . All of them saying “ I didn’t know you could get things like that “.”

“I have just received my ring today containing my Dad's Ashes and it is so beautiful. I chose it in my favourite colour aqua, which looking at it reminds me of a deep tropical sea. One of my Dad's favourite places to be. I opted to have the diamond dust added which my Mum said made it look like a little galaxy. Which I thought was a beautiful way to look at it, with Dad up there looking over us. I found the service amazing, constant updates throughout the whole process, putting my mind at ease that the ashes were received safely. They were very quick to reply to my email and the delivery very quick too. I highly recommend!”
