“I ordered my Urn last week, which was “in stock” paid for it and was told it would be with me in 3-5 working days. Received an email from Cherished Urns 3 days later and told me the Urn I picked is out of stock and they don’t know when / if it’ll be back in stock. This gives me no confidence in buying from them again so I’ll take my custom elsewhere.”

“I enquired about a repair on my ring, I had an email back straight away at the weekend which I didn’t expect. ( the repair was for something totally my fault). From start to finish I was impressed, and the repair took less time than expected. Excellent customer service, and so pleased when my ring arrived back safely.”

“I had lost a crystal out of my memorial ring that holds my mother’s ashes. I contacted cherished Urns who instantly sent me a paid envelope to return it to them for repair. Excellent service , it was repaired and returned to me like new and very quickly. Thank you so much x”
