“Lovely customer service and very helpful. I did receive my order and rang CS and they agreed not much of my fathers ash had been been put in, nor diamond dust and the representative felt much more could have been added. I felt saddened to send my fathers ashes back to them to re-do. I felt devastated as the only option was to dispose of the ash that was in the ring (as the resin was mixed with it) so they told me to keep the ring and chose something new free of charge. This wasn’t my reason to call, I only rang with a query, so after a lot more tears I felt they really dealt with this situation really well. I can’t wait to have my Dad back with me.”

“I searched the web for days for a nice ring to put my dogs fur inside but everything I came across was very plain and ugly. Then I came across this website and everything was completely different from what I had found previously. From start to finish, Cherished Urns kept me updated on everything and were super quick to answer my emails with any concerns I had. Absolutely love my ring and so please I can actually see my girls fur. I would recommend these to everyone!”

“I placed my order and on the same day received an email to inform me that it was unavailable due to damaged stock. I was offered a refund at this time and informed that it may be a 5 week wait for dispatch. I was happy to wait as I hadn't seen anything else online like the item I ordered (teardrop/heart pendant). My order arrived just one week later and is even more pretty and dainty than I could have imagined from the pictures. I was able to add the ashes with ease with the help of the tools supplied. Great item for a great price and brilliant customer service. Would certainly recommend. Thank you!”
