“A friend of mine recommended cherished urns when she had a ring made with her mum's ashes. So when I recently lost my mum I had a necklace made. The whole process was very professional and simple to do. I am extremely happy with the result it is beautiful and I have my mum with me always now.”

“A lovely item of jewellery. I had a ring made with my partners ashes and Cherished Urns were so helpful, thoughtful and understanding. The service from from start to finish was excellent. From my initial online order (which I had second thoughts about and changed to another ring.) to the way they send a full package to collect the ashes, ring sizers and the way everything was packaged for return was thoughtful of my feelings. The ring arrived beautifully packaged and I was so pleased with it, although I have had to return it as it was quite loose. Again they were so helpful when I called to ask if it could be made smaller.”

“Very pleased with the jewellery and service was excellent. Three rings ordered in total, two for my daughters and one for myself from my mums ashes. Also a charm bead. Kept updated all the way and the jewellery is much better than expected. The packaging and certificate is absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this company”

“First they were sent the wrong gold ring , they contacted me and I agreed to except it instead of waiting another 6 weeks I was sent pictures of it ,I did say it looked a bit big as it was pictured on a ring sizer, I was told that when the ashes were put in , it would be the size I wanted !! ( really ) when it arrive they put the wrong name on the certificate spoke to them again they apologised and said they would send another one with the right name meanwhile I've had my ring that is too big sized at a jeweller's its half a size bigger than I ordered ,but also mentioned I still hadn't had the new certificate that was promised,so back it goes to be made smaller strange they don't even a half size ,can't say I had a good experience with this company especially when you've just lost the love of you life I feel that everything that could have gone wrong did !!”
